Desert Dreams.

I just discovered this fabulous new fashion label on nelou.com (I seem to discover a lot of new stuff there, it’s a platform selling independent designer clothes) – it’s called anmage.

They characterise their style as “a fusion of high end fashion and elements of traditional Palestinian embroidery techniques”. Every piece is hand-embroidered by Jordanian women. Their spring / summer collection is described as “playing with the wide, body-mantling shapes of Eastern clothing, interrupted every now and again by figure-hugging elements or restrained by belts.”
